Internship

Role: Special Events Intern Scope: Event Collateral, Event Production, Wayfinding Signage, Vendor Coordination, Email Marketing Tools: Illustrator, Canva,
Microsoft Office
As the Special Events Intern at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, I collaborated with the Special Events team and Development department to support the planning and execution of donor-focused events, including corporate and President’s dinners. These events were associated with the productions of Mean Girls, American Ballet Theater’s North American Premiere of Like Water for Chocolate, Hairspray, Chicago, SIX, and Disney Musicals in Schools.

I also designed printed collateral and on-site materials including menus, nametags, and branded wayfinding signage, ensuring clear guest communication and cohesive branding across the event environment. My designs supported engagement and created a cohesive visual experience for attendees across all touchpoints.
